As Shift Leader you are making sure that the shop is running smoothly and well, even on those really busy weekend days you make sure the team is working well together.

 While you are on shift you are responsible for enforcing our work safety and health procedures and making sure our high product quality and customer service standards are met. 
You are the point of contact for customer requests/ complaints, coordinating the team on shift and solving operational issues as well as trouble-shooting.

 POS system isn’t working? Customer unhappy? Donuts are late? Ran out of packaging? There is a line outside and the team is getting stressed? You keep a cool head and solve the issue!

You will receive extra training on the in’s and out’s of the POS system, ordering sheet, some basic scheduling and shift planning and a guide for trouble-shooting.

...make sure the donuts look amazing and the coffee tastes delicious
...lead by example by serving every customer with a smile
...are in charge of inventory counting on inventory day
...make sure everyone on shift is working together smoothly, breaks are coordinated according to the customer flow
...make sure all cleaning is done and get compliant is filled in
...motivate the rest of the team when things get stressful
...are taking the lead on the cleaning, opening and closing procedures
...train and onboard new team members on their shifts

About you

You have already been working with us for a few months and would like to take on more responsibility
You love customer service and contact with the team
You have an eye for detail
You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and act in a solution-oriented manner
