In 10 years of Brammibal’s Donuts we grew from a small cafe on Maybachufer in Berlin to a two-city operation with currently almost 200 employees.
At the moment we are operating 9 Shops and one Bakery Production in Berlin and 5 Shops and a Bakery Production in Hamburg with our Head Office located in Berlin.
Our mission remains simple - changing the perception of plant based food, one donut at a time.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Strategy and Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will support us in further growing Brammibal’s by identifying opportunities to improve our operational efficiency, drive digital initiatives and find new growth opportunities across the business. In this role, you will be part of our Operations team and work closely with our Production and FOH teams to optimize our current processes and develop innovative solutions to enhance our customer’s online and offline experience.
Key Responsibilities
App & Customer Growth (primary focus)
Own the Brammibal's app post-launch: define priorities, coordinate with our development partner, and drive the roadmap
Build and manage the CRM strategy: segmentation, targeting, retention campaigns
Design and run experiments: deals, promos, loyalty mechanics, in-app widgets.Track what moves the needle and double down on what works
Analyze customer data and behavior to find growth opportunities and inform product decisions
Improve the end-to-end online ordering experience: conversion, basket size, order accuracy, return rate, customer satisfaction
Our goal is to have 20% of all our orders go through the app by end of year.
Business Development & Growth Opportunities
Build business cases for new revenue streams whether new channels, partnerships, or product lines and take them from concept through to pilot
Analyze market trends, operational data, and customer needs to support strategic initiatives
Contribute to the development and execution of new business initiatives and expansion opportunities
Process Improvement & Technical Support
Find and fix inefficiencies across our bakery and cafe operations that are costing us time, money, or quality
Provide technical support to our teams where needed, helping to resolve operational or system-related issues
Lead the implementation of new technologies and digital solutions in our FOH, Bakery and Office teams
About you
Proven experience in Operations, Business Development, or a similar role
Ideally experienced in the food and beverage or retail industry
Analytical and data driven approach to problem solving
Proven track record of working in Data analysis and working with performance metrics (KPIs)
Enjoys working Excel and Google Sheets / Workspace
Experience collaborating across departments with varying levels of technical expertise
Can explain technical concepts in language that people can understand
Independent, proactive and hands-on working style
