About the job

Brammibal's Donuts is a vegan donut company founded in Berlin in 2015. Since then we have grown a lot and continue to do so: we run ten cafés, a bakery and an office in Berlin.
In October 2022 we expanded to Hamburg and currently run our own bakery in Hamburg Altona as well as five shops around the city.
Our bakery team in starts as early as 3:00 am to provide our Hamburg Shops with freshly baked and decorated donuts on a daily base.

As Production Assistant you help us keep the daily donut production smooth, clean and efficient. You will start your day bright and early and jump in where you are needed most between:

• Restocking our production sections with clean tools, receptacles and ingredients

• Assisting our bakers and confectioners during the donuts production

• Executing routine cleaning procedures in the production and the whole facility (including bathrooms and kitchens) to keep the location clean and organized for daily production

• Taking care of the laundry from the bakery and our shops

• Accepting, organizing and storing deliveries and

• Delivering donuts to our shops when neccesary

We are looking for a proactive person with a hands-on attitude on a part-time basis.

About you:

• Experience working in a (professional) kitchen or food production would be a plus - lateral entrants / career changers are welcome!

• Availability to work early hours, on weekends and public holidays.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• English and/or German skills

• Team spirit and a strong work ethic

• Driving license class B would be a plus.
